Already Registered?

If you have a confirmed spot, no action is needed at this time. You will receive a final pre-race email on July 6th with day-of details, parking instructions, and the updated course map.

Wait List

We are not maintaining a formal wait list this year. Runners who are registered but unable to attend may transfer their bib to another person through July 8th at no charge — see transfers below. This is the only way to enter the race at this point.

If you know a registered runner who can’t make it, arrange the transfer directly with them, then email Gary with both names.

Bib Transfers

• Allowed through July 8, 2026.
• Free of charge.
• Both runners must email Gary with: full name, DOB, emergency contact, and a signed waiver from the new runner.
• No transfers accepted on race day. No exceptions, we have tried.

Refunds

The refund window has closed (July 5 was the last day). We are unable to issue refunds after this date regardless of circumstance. If you can’t run, please consider transferring your bib to someone who can.

2027 Race

Registration for next year’s race will open on March 1, 2027. We don’t maintain an email list — please check back then, or follow along on the local running forums where we post announcements.
