Catskills Mountain Marathon

Phoenicia, New York · The second Sunday in July

Volunteer

The race is put on entirely by volunteers, from the aid stations to the course marshals. If you have a few hours to give on Saturday or Sunday, we would appreciate the help.

Many of our volunteers come back year after year, so first-timers will be working alongside people who know the routine. No experience is needed for any role except the sweep and HAM radio positions.

Volunteers receive a shirt, lunch, a $10 Phoenicia Diner gift card, and $20 off the following year’s entry. Volunteers who have helped three or more years run free.
